Eligibility
Those ages 6 and older in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties with behavioral health needs combined with intellectual and developmental disabilities - particularly those that significantly impact physical abilities, learning, language, and behavior. Examples of disabilities include:

  • Down Syndrome
  • Fragile X Syndrome
