Children up to age 3 in Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Lincoln counties are eligible for early intervention services when one or more of these criteria are met:
- A professional assessment has determined they have a 25% or more developmental delay for their age
- A diagnosed physical or mental condition, such as hearing loss, vision impairment, neurological disorder, with a high probability it may result in delayed development
- A 1.5 standard deviation below their age in one or more developmental areas

Provides supportive, coordinated early intervention services for children with disabilities or developmental delays, from birth to age 3. Children may receive speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or feeding therapy as needed.
