Supportive Services to Veteran Families offered at Catholic Community Services' Family Housing Network

The veteran must have: - at least one day active duty service outside of basic and advanced training, - a discharge other than dishonorable, or felony misconduct, and - meet program low-income requirements (at or below 50% or Area Median Income). Also serves those who were married to a veteran and recently widowed (within the past 12 months).

Description

Provides housing services to military veterans (families or individuals) experiencing literal homelessness in Pierce, Thurston, King, Kitsap, Mason, Lewis, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Pacific and Wahkiakum Counties. Literal homelessness is defined as residing in an emergency shelter or a place not meant for human habitation - such as a vehicle, camping, or on the streets. Includes Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Diversion services. Can meet with households in Tacoma, Olympia or Bremerton.
