Eligibility
Clients must be younger than age 21 and have a doctor's prescription for therapy. Priority is given to the medically fragile and those who would otherwise go without services due to lack of transportation, local services or insurance. Not every part of every county is covered. Call to verify that your area is served.

Sponsors 14 mobile units that provide physician-prescribed in-home occupational and physical therapy to children with disabilities throughout Washington.   Staff trains parents or guardians to administer treatment between visits from the mobile units.
