Description
Operates a single entry point for youth who are experiencing homelessness, or at-risk of becoming homeless. Arranges the initial intake, screening, and placement for emergency housing and shelter programs. Can provide referrals to mental health providers, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and domestic violence shelter and services.
