Operates a skilled living facility that provides needed assistance to seniors, including medication management and housekeeping. It is a 49-bed, long-term care facility with both private and semi-private rooms with certified nursing assistants on staff full-time. Physical therapy, restorative therapy, dementia care, social services, laboratory, and radiology services are provided to residents on campus by Columbia County Health System medical providers.
