EMERGENCIES SHOULD CONTACT 911. Provides basic and advanced non-emergent ambulance transportation.   Transportation can be scheduled in advance or called without notice.   Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) drive ambulances equipped with basic life support. Critical Care Transport (CCT), ambulances staffed by nurses, are available for patients who need monitoring and medicated IVs.   Bariatric ambulance is available for patients over 300 pounds. Only provides post-surgery transportation with contracted hospitals (Swedish, Harborview, UW).
