Description

Coordinates support and resources for parents of children and youth with special health care needs. Their conditions and experiences can affect their physical, cognitive, emotional, or social development compared to others their age. Partners with providers, schools, families, and early intervention agencies to offer services including resource navigation, developmental screenings, parent support, specialized programs, as well as access to treatment funding through DDA and SSI.
