Provides support for unpaid family caregivers who support individuals with challenging conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease. Coordinates support groups, classes, and one-on-one assistance to help identify, understand, and access resources. Caregiver Support Group Provides a professionally facilitated, peer‑led space where caregivers can share experiences, challenges, and insights with others who understand caregiving. Through guided conversation and mutual support, participants gain connection, validation, emotional resilience, and practical perspective. Powerful Tools for Caregivers Online class series supports family caregivers as they care for others while also caring for themselves. Provides practical tools to reduce stress, communicate more effectively, make informed decisions, and build confidence in the caregiving role.
