Special mandate to care for tribal citizens, but will care for all patients.

Medically assisted treatment, Suboxone and Vivitrol in a primary care setting. Individual SUD and MH counseling is offered. Clients must participate in recovery supports, such as meetings or counseling to be eligible.  There are no drop-in hours or same day induction.  Induction usually occurs within 4-7 business days from initial phone contact.   Poly-substance users: Allow initial use but plan to wean off illicits like meth. Generally do not prescribe suboxone in combination with alcohol/benzos. Do prescribe vivitrol. Marijuana is okay.  Primary care services are offered if needed.
