Adult Services offered at Sound's Capitol Hill Clinic
Provides assessment and short and long-term mental health services for King County residents experiencing current mental health symptoms or substance use addiction. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling, medication assisted treatment, and case management. Common issues treated are abuse and trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, emotion regulation (depression and bipolar problems), impulse control (ADHD, behavioral problems), psychosis and chemical dependency. Some locations provide enhanced case management, day center services and re-entry services, for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful, and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals.

Eligibility
King County residents - from those with acute mental health issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities and addiction issues, to those with short term challenges, depression and anxiety disorders. Programs for All Adults (any age, race, gender, sexual orientation).
Fee
Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most commercial health plans. Accepts Medicare for clients ages 60 and older. Sliding scale fee available for private pay clients.
