Coordinated Entry Assessment offered at Elizabeth Gregory Home

Eligibility
Elizabeth Gregory Home provides services for women and non-binary individuals of at least 18 years of age. Anyone eligible for services at Elizabeth Gregory Home and also meeting the criteria below can participate in the Coordinated Entry process at Elizabeth Gregory Home. Those eligible include King County residents (single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans) experiencing homelessness, which means:
  • Living and sleeping outside
  • Sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation
  • Staying in a shelter
  • Fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence
  • Exiting an institution where you resided for up to 90 days and were in shelter or a place not meant for human habitation immediately prior to entering that institution.
Young adults are also eligible if they are imminently at risk of homelessness within 14 days.

Application process
An intake into the Coordinated Entry System can be completed in person at Elizabeth Gregory Home. Interested individuals are asked to call to schedule an intake appointment.

There is no guarantee that a household will meet final eligibility requirements, be referred to a housing resource, or receive a referral to a particular housing option, nor does it ensure the availability of resources for all eligible households.
