Access to Care offered at Frontier Behavioral Health
Outpatient Enrollment Center for Frontier Behavioral Health. Provides in-person assesments (Walk-ins encouraged) for those seeking services ages 3 to 99 plus. Assesments are 60 to 90 minutes and are completed 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday. Tuesdays 7:30 to 2:00pm with some exceptions. Those interested in services are encouraged to call ahead to verify eligibility and availability. Staff can start assessments over the phone, but individuals MUSTcomplete the assessment in-person.

Eligibility
Those with Washington Medicaid Insurance are encouraged to walk-in; all other private pay are encouraged to call for pre-authorization before walking in.
