Children who live in King County, ages birth through 19. Must become a primary care client to be eligible for behavioral health services.

Enroll in primary care. Primary care doctor must make a referral.
Fees
Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most private insurance. Can help fill out financial assistance/uncompensated care forms  If a client does not qualify, they can get help with setting up payments through Patient Accounts.
