PCHS needs to be primary care provider.
Hours
7:30am to 6pm from Monday through Friday

Prescribes both Suboxone and Vivitrol at the Port Orchard, Belfair, Kingston, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Sixth Street, Wheaton Way and Key Peninsula locations. Office based medical and behavioral health clinic that offers MAT services. Clinic offers same day induction services for those that are highly motivated. Otherwise, able to induce medication within 4 days from initial contact. Clients must enroll in primary care services to access MAT program. Poly-substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
