Eligibility

Must be chronically homeless and meet income guidelines. Single individuals with a physical or mental disabilities.

Hours

9am to 4pm from Monday through Thursday

Application process

Intake is done through a coordinated entry system and must contact the Community Housing Network to access services. Applicants may also complete the assessment online at or call 509-436-9086.

Fees

Tenants pay rent on a sliding scale.
