Eligibility

Adults ages 18 and older with a broad range of substance use disorders and mental health issues. Also serves Drug Court clients and clients on federal probation.

Hours

9am to 5:30pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

People can self-refer but referrals from law enforcement and other agencies are also accepted. Call or visit in person for assessments for substance use disorders and mental health issues.

Fees

Accepts Medicaid.
