Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications as part of Northwest Resource's outpatient program. Clients must be referred from the outpatient program. All MOUD services are on a case by case basis and potential clients must be internally referred. Prior to enrollment clients will need to complete a Cor-12 assessment and pre-screening before services are offered. Induction typically occurs within 1-4 weeks after enrollment in the outpatient program. MOUD inductions only occur at the Lilly Road Clinic or the Shelton I Clinic. Otherwise other locations will refer to these locations for MOUD services as needed. Enrollment in outpatient counseling with Northwest Resources is required to receive MOUD services. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
