Application process
Call clinic of choice or register online for the free walk-up site. To request an at-home test kit, please call 509-575-4040. Employers who would like to schedule testing for a large group of people (10+) in Yakima, must call 509-480-3674 to speak with the site supervisor. Call at least 24-hours before the time you would like to coordinate the large-group testing. This ensures the site will be able to quickly test the entire group. Calls will be answered M-F, 8am-5pm. For COVID-19 test results, call 509-225-2088.
