Manages the operation, maintenance, and development of water and wastewater systems owned by Yakima County in unincorporated areas of the County: Grandview, Harrah, Mabton, Toppenish, Sunnyside, Union Gap, Wapato, and Zillah.

Yakima County Public Services is a department of Yakima County government, providing the following services in unincorporated Yakima County: Building and Fire Safety, Code Enforcement, HOME Consortium, Planning, Solid Waste, Water Resources, and Utilities. The Accounting Division serves the department and processes the billing/receipts for the Utilities' division.
