Eligibility
Proof of rabies vaccination is required in order to license a pet in Bothell. Residents can license up to three pets. Seniors must be age 65 or older to qualify for the senior pet license discount.

M-F, 8am-5pm.

Call, fill out application online, or visit Bothell City Hall.
Fees
Unaltered dog/cat: $60. Altered dog/cat: $30.   Seniors with proof that pet has been altered:  Dog $15 lifetime license Cat $15 lifetime license  Licensing fee is waived for service animals.
