Maintains a list of healthcare practitioners allowed to authorize marijuana for medicinal purposes.
Additionally, maintains a list of marijuana retail stores that are medically endorsed to accept medical marijuana patients.
Medically-endorsed retail stores will have a certified consultant on staff who can assist with the registration process and product selection.
Patients with medical marijuana cards can
- Purchase products sales tax free
- Possess up to three times the current limit from any medically-endorsed retail store
- Buy high-THC compliant products from a medically-endorsed retail store, where available
