Advance is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to bridging social service gaps within the communities it serves. As a non-clinical entity, it maintains close affiliations with community health centers throughout the region. The mission is to facilitate comprehensive care coordination through a team of community-based care coordinators who posses hand-on experience with local resources across North Central Washington. Coordinators are trained as generalists and specialists, enabling them to support the diverse needs of community members. Prioritizes hiring individuals with lived and living experience to foster relational connections and human support, empowering individuals as they navigate services essential for daily life, personal, challenges, and growth.
