Provides outpatient treatment for adults and youth. Provides DUI assessments and deferred prosecution programming. All services are provided with a recovery-based, holistic approach. May also include referrals to other MDC services. Accepts individual financial plans, Apple Health (Medicaid), and offers a sliding fee scale. Mental Health Services may include:
  • individual treatment
  • group therapy
  • medication management
  • assessment for multiple behavioral health challenges.
  • case management
  • recovery peer support.
Substance use disorder Services may include: Outpatient
  • Intensive Outpatient
  • Opioid Treatment
  • MAT Services (suboxone, vivitrol etc.)
  • referrals for counseling and substance use disorder.
Also offers a Co-Occurring treatment program.
