Offers comprehensive treatment for anxiety and depression in a Day-Long treatment setting. Treatment is rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and includes group therapy, skills training, individual therapy, family therapy and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care and to address any medication/medical needs. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.
