Provides international reconnecting services by: Reconnecting loved ones separated by international armed conflict, disaster, or migration; Maintaining communication between loved ones separated by international armed conflict, disaster, or migration when no other means of communication are available; Reconnecting loved ones when communication has been lost unexpectedly and there is a concern for their health and wellbeing; Providing proof of detention for those visited by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) while in detention; Providing stateless persons with one-time travel documents to another officially sanctioned country for permanent resettlement.
