Description

On The Job Training is a partnership between SkillSource and employers, which contracts with a business to train a participant in their place of business and skills necessary to perform particular jobs. SkillSource reimburses up to 50% of the wages paid to the trainee during the initial training period, which is usually 3 to 5 months. Also provides the Work Experience Program, which is a short-term minimum wage work opportunity for the development and demonstration of positive work habits.
