Non-Emergency Medical Air Transportation offered by Angel Flight West

Eligibility
Individuals who are medically stable and fully ambulatory with a financial, geographical, or other compelling reason for needing a donated flight.
The distance of travel is 101 miles minimum and 899 miles maximum.
Passengers must be medically stable, able to walk, fly in a non-pressurized plane, and be able to sit up in a seat with a seatbelt fastened around them.

Call or visit website to request a flight. Medical or social service providers can also refer.
Requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance.
Requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and assistance is not guaranteed.
