For Snohomish County residents with a disconnect, urgent, or final notice from PSE. Marysville and Tulalip residents call The Salvation Army in Marysville for possible assistance.

Open January through May or until funding runs out.  Provides payment assistance to PSE customers with a disconnect, urgent or final notice. Serves all of Snohomish County except for Marysville and Tulalip. Call the Marysville Office of The Salvation Army for possible assistance, 360-926-2228 in those 2 areas. The bill must be in the name of the person asking for assistance. Photo ID required. There is a $600 assistance limit per season.
