Serves all of Snohomish County except for Marysville and Tulalip. Call the Marysville Office of The Salvation Army for possible assistance, 360-926-2228 in those 2 areas. The bill must be in the name of the person asking for assistance. Photo ID required. There is a $600 assistance limit per season.
