Description

Provides programs and services specially designed for adult participants, including: -  Clubs and social events -  Coaching and personal training -  Conferences and retreats -  Group exercise classes -  Health education and self-care -  Recreation and sports teams -  Strength and conditioning -  Swimming and water programs -  Total health and fitness classes -  Volunteer opportunities   Program details vary by location. People may visit the lobby during extreme hot or cold weather. No extra services will be provided.

Eleven regional YMCA branches provide after-school programming for youth, child care programs, older adult programs, and programs for families and youth. Two branches serve a community supper once a week. University Family YMCA operates a street youth drop-in center which also offers hygiene items and services. Auburn location offers smoking cessation workshops.
