Eligibility
Available to residents living in licensed long-term care facilities (nursing homes, assisted living, adult family homes, veterans’ homes). Family members or legal representatives can also seek help on behalf of a resident.
The Ombudsman Program protects residents’ rights, investigates concerns, and promotes quality care.
