Travel Clinic offered at University of Washington Hall Health Center

If you have a temporary or permanent disability, stop at a UW parking gatehouse to request a parking permit. The parking rate is $4 per hour. Parking may be available in lot N22 located across the street (Stevens Way) from Hall Health Center. If N22 is full, gatehouse staff will redirect you to the closest available lot. Non-disabled Hall Health patients and visitors are encouraged to park at the pay stations located at the bottom of the Padelford Garage on levels N20/21. The parking rate is $4 per hour. Pay stations accept debit and credit card payment. You will take several flights of stairs to the clinic from the parking lot. If pay station parking is full when you arrive, please travel to the nearest gatehouse located on Pend Orielle Road. Gatehouse staff will redirect you to the closest available lot.

Interpreter services

Call for an appointment. Because several weeks may be required to complete a needed vaccine series, the initial appointment should be four to six weeks before departure.   Telephone for an appointment two weeks before that, if possible.

Community comparable rates for all travel services. Payment is to be made the day of your appointment.   Check with your insurance company BEFORE your appointment, as many insurance plans do NOT cover travel medicine. Cash, check and Visa or MasterCard are accepted.   Special rates are available for two or more persons with the same itinerary, seen at the same time.

S. or Canada.   This clinic is a Washington State Department of Health designated center for yellow fever vaccine.
