Fill out enrollment form online, call local Hopelink food market to schedule a short 15-minute phone appointment for registration, or visit during Food Market hours and pick up a paper application. You may still visit in person to receive food while waiting for your appointment. Enrollment must be renewed every 12 months.

For home delivery, must be homebound. Household income must be at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.
