Focus Population

  • Caregivers
MAC provides support for unpaid family caregivers who care for individuals age 55 and older and are eligible for Medicaid medical services, but not currently accessing Medicaid-funded Long Term Support Services. The program provides services to unpaid caregivers to enable them to continue to deliver high quality care and focus on their own health and well being.
