Building is not wheelchair accessible but arrangements for offsite mediations are available.

No requirements.

Hours

9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays

Application process

Phone the office to speak to an intake specialist.

Fees

Approximately $250 per person and $155 for landlord/tenant mediation.   Sliding scale based on income.

Mediators facilitate communication between two or more individuals who are in a disagreement in a safe, neutral environment.   The goal is to assist these individuals to come up with mutually agreed upon solutions to their problem, providing resolution of the issues.   This includes families, businesses, landlord/tenant, meetings/groups, neighborhoods, government, etc. Interpreters are provided if needed.
