Eligibility
Must be screened through Council for the Homeless. Eligible applicants must meet below criteria:
- Temporarily unable to work due to a mental health or physical health issue.
- Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
- Age 18 and older. If under the age of 18, must be legally emancipated or married to someone 18 or older.
- Meet income and resource requirements.
- Meet citizenship requirements.
