Eligibility
Must be screened through Council for the Homeless. Eligible applicants must meet below criteria:
  • Temporarily unable to work due to a mental health or physical health issue.
  • Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
  • Age 18 and older. If under the age of 18, must be legally emancipated or married to someone 18 or older.
  • Meet income and resource requirements.
  • Meet citizenship requirements.
