Eligibility

Must be screened through Council for the Homeless. Eligible applicants must meet below criteria:

Temporarily unable to work due to a mental health or physical health issue.
Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Age 18 and older. If under the age of 18, must be legally emancipated or married to someone 18 or older.
Meet income and resource requirements.
Meet citizenship requirements.
