Dial-A-Ride is a reservation based paratransit service for Jefferson County residents under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rides can be for medical appointments, grocery shopping, etc.

Our services include Fixed Route, Dial-A-Ride, Vanpool and two Park and Ride facilities. JTA's connections with other Transit Agencies and Ferry systems make it easy for residents to get around.
