Some fitness activities are free, some have a small cost.
Meal site lunches are a suggested donation of $3 for clients 60+, disabled clients of all ages and caregivers/spouses.
All other required cost of $5.
Many additional monthly programs are free.

- Movement/Exercise classes: Beginner and Intermediate Line Dancing, Refresh Fitness Exercise, Yoga/ Adaptive Yoga, SAIL Exercise, Tai Ji Quan Moving for Better Balance,
- Health and Safety classes: AARP Safe Driving, Free Wellness Workshop, Free Blood Pressure Checks and Seasonal Flu Shots, Foot care,
- Social Free Tech Help, Watch Repair, Book Club, Old Time Fiddler's Concert, Red Hat Group Activities, Meal site with Holiday/Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Special Events/Fundraiser Events (Concerts, etc.), Bingo and Pinochle.
