None for urgent care. Patient is responsible for half the cost of dentures, partial dentures, and flippers (single tooth) replacements. Down payment required before the procedure; after the procedure Upper Valley MEND will pay the remainder.

Works with local dentists and eye doctors to provide dental and vision care for anyone who is uninsured, underinsured, or cannot afford the work on their own (does not provide the dental or vision care) and work together to make a plan for payment for services.
