Eligibility

Low- and moderate-income homebuyers throughout Washington state.   Some programs serve specific cities and counties; some serve special populations, such as veterans, school teachers, land trusts and people with disabilities.

Application process

Call or visit website for program information and list of participating lenders.   Must attend required Commission-sponsored homebuyer education seminar and work with a participating loan officer to determine income requirements and qualification for various options.
