Dental Services offered at Unity Care NW Behavioral Health/Adult Dental Clinic in Bellingham

Walking/Bus: From the Downtown WTA bus station cross Magnolia Street and stay on Railroad Avenue. Cross York and pass Banner Bank. Offices are on the second floor of 1616 Cornwall.  Driving: We are located on the corner of Cornwall Avenue and Flora (York becomes Flora).

Eligibility

Prioritizes the following populations: Children, Pregnant women; Parents of our pediatric patients; Our established pediatric dental patients once they reach adulthood; People living with HIV; Developmentally disabled patients; Adults with dental emergencies.

Hours

7:45am to 6pm from Monday through Friday

Accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Sliding scale fees available for people without insurance based on family size and income.
