Focus Population

A group of moms who support, encourage, and empower teen moms to be the best moms they can be. We meet regularly for connection, dinner and fun, with childcare always provided, and various speakers and lessons. We also take field trips, seasonal outings, and share resources needed. Mothers are welcome up to age 21 and whether they have children already or are currently expecting.

Take the Next Step is Monroe's certified Family Resource Center serving Monroe and the greater Sky Valley community with several programs Including: Family Resource Center which provides resource navigation, internal and external service referrals, financial and non-financial assistance, and onsite partners from other local orgs. We also have a Kidz Club after school program, Growing Together Teen Mom Support Program, Community Dinners each Wednesday night at 6pm (Free and all are welcome!), and Unhoused Outreach Program working alongside our unhoused neighbors.
