Eligibility

Issaquah residents ages 62 and older. Must be a single family resident of the city of Issaquah and own and own or rent your home. No Duplexes. Total annual income from all sources must be less than $58,000. Sources of income include: Wages, salaries, Social Security benefits, business income, interest and dividends, pensions and annuity receipts, government assistance and IRA withdrawals.
