Eligibility

Shelter opens when temperatures are forecasted to be 32 degrees or below for at least 12 hours or 3 inches of snow for at least 12 hours. Adults only. Connects families to the Mary's Place shelter in Burien. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Description

Operates a severe weather shelter for adults when certain weather conditions are met. Provides cots and blankets as well as limited dinner, snacks and breakfast. Sleeping areas for men, women, co-ed, and arrangements can be made for couples.
