Multicultural Community Services offered by Lutheran Community Services Northwest at Vancouver Office

Assists immigrants and refugees with the following services; immigration counseling, advocacy, photo service, elderly services, employment projects for newly arrived refugees, social service referral, and English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring for refugees. Assistance with citizenship, including citizenship classes, naturalization information and forms are available.
