- Single adults experiencing chronic homelessness - Income at or below 50% of Area Median Income (30% AMI for Olympia residents) - Background check required for all accepted applicants - Individuals with sex offense convictions are not eligible - Individuals with violent crimes within the past 12 months are not eligible
Housing provided 24 hours daily. Coordinated Entry Line is open M-F, 9am-4pm.
