Eligibility
- Kent residents age 62 and older or who have a permanent, documented disability.
- Must be disabled persons receiving permanent disability payments from SSI, SSDA, veterans etc.
- Parent or Guardian of a minor receiving permanent disability payments from the Social Security Administration
