Eligibility
  • Kent residents age 62 and older or who have a permanent, documented disability.
  • Must be disabled persons receiving permanent disability payments from SSI, SSDA, veterans etc.
  • Parent or Guardian of a minor receiving permanent disability payments from the Social Security Administration
Household income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Refer to website for HUD income guidelines.

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday
