Must have a North Central Washington Library card and be over the age of 18.

Application process
Visit website for list of locations. Anyone 18+ with an active library card can walk into or call any NCW library site in the 4 counties and request a blood pressure monitor. May need to put in mail order request.

In partnership with North Central Washington Library, Action Health Partners offers free blood pressure monitor kits to any library cardholder over the age of 18. Kits can be checked out for up to two weeks to self-monitor blood pressure. Kits include an automatic blood pressure monitor, instructions, materials on what blood pressure numbers mean and other health educational materials, cleaning supplies, and a participant survey. Available at all NCW Library Locations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan Counties—visit the NCW Library's website for more details on ​where and how to check out a blood pressure monitor.
