Provides low-income families with basic newborn necessities. Layettes include bottles, socks, one outfit, sleepers, a stuffed animal and a baby blanket for new mothers with newborns up to 3 months.

CCS is a Health and Human Services Agency providing multiple services in Snohomish County: Chemical Dependency and Children's Mental Health; Layette Services; Housing Programs for literally and chronically homeless households once a referral through Coordinated Entry is received; Volunteer Services and opportunities including Volunteer Chore, Volunteer Transportation and RSVP; and Long Term Care for elders and people living with disability. Financial Assistance programs: City of Everett Water bills only. We do not have any Emergency Services such as rental assistance, hotel or gas vouchers or help with household bills.
