Also for seniors (ages 65 and over), and for people with a disability when accompanied by a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. Monthly Passes - Adult is $62 - Youth are free - $31 for Orca Lift users. Also for seniors (ages 65 and over), and for people with a disability when accompanied by a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. Monthly Regional Passes - Adult is $72 - Youth are free - $36 for Orca Lift users.
